Two published sources
Every gap is read from pages anyone can open: a label, a listing, a regulator record. Each is linked with the date it was read.
Gap Report
Once a month, the differences read between the Korean and US sides of K-beauty products, on one page: label versions, listed prices, sellers, claims and rules. Each one is shown with its source, the date it was read, and the brand’s reply or the fact that none came.
A gap is a difference between two published sources. It is not a safety grade, a score or a judgement about a product. Tables and figures are released under CC BY 4.0 so anyone can cite them.
The first Gap Report is due in December 2026.
Until then, the label readings it will draw on are published one product at a time.
See the Version ChecksEvery gap is read from pages anyone can open: a label, a listing, a regulator record. Each is linked with the date it was read.
Before a gap is published the brand is sent the reading and given 48 hours. A reply is published in full. No reply is recorded as a fact.
A report says what differs. It does not grade safety, score products, judge efficacy or call any seller counterfeit.
Tables and figures are CC BY 4.0. Cite the report by month and address; the citation line is on each page.
